Sometimes time gets the better of a customer and their PaperCut Premium Upgrade Assurance (PUA) expires.
So what happens when the expiration date has been and gone and the customer wants to renew their PUA? Whatever the reason or situation, there is a solution.
Under 6 months – If your customers PUA expired within the last 6 months PaperCut will renew the license at a rate of 20% of the license cost. The PUA renewal date will be backdated to the original expirey date of the license.
Over 6 months – If your customers PUA expired more than 6 months ago, purchasing PUA will reset the start date and cost 30% of the license cost. The renewal cost will revert back to 20% after the first year.
An active PUA is required for any additions to an existing license – It is important to note that if an organisation opts to discontinue their PUA, they will not be able to access any further upgrades and compatibility with future driver or operating system updates cannot be guaranteed.
PaperCut quotes – While we’re on the topic of expiry dates, PaperCut quotes are only valid for 30 days. To ensure pricing is correct customers will need a re-quote after 30 days. Please contact our sales team if you require assistance on a re-quote.
